Henry Warkentin is a graphic designer and screen printer from Austin, Texas. His work is known within the local hip hop scene and punk culture dating back to the early 90's. His style of illustrating is a hybrid of Japanese anime and vintage cult influence. Henry has designed concert posters for the Flamingo Cantina reggae club and logo/branding for local businesses. His clients include Gladiator Cross Fitness, Ogden Woodworks, U.S. Marine Corps and Texas Roller Derby Association.
Henry Studied graphic design at The Art Institute of Austin and Austin Community College. His passion for creativity, seeking new challenges and creative talent has earned him a respectful reputation. Henry doesn't believe in creating art that has a specific meaning, his philosophy is 'if I ask a jellyfish what its name is, it's not going to answer...it just is', the same applies to his creative process and artwork.
